The rose hips are hand-picked, then carefully cleaned and gently fermented. This careful approach ensures that every drop of brandy has a full and pure fruit profile.

The controlled distillation process produces a rosehip brandy with an alcohol content of 50%, which perfectly balances the strong fruity sweetness with the typical wild acidity of rosehips.

Rose hips are known for their positive health properties, including their high vitamin C content and essential oils that support the immune system and overall vitality.

Grič distillery works with two hand-wrought, all-wrought, all-copper, single-boiler sets with a three-volume distillation column of 300 and 200 litres. These units allow the natural characteristics of the raw materials to be preserved and exploited to the maximum.

Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal plum and mead, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measurements to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grich spirits.
