Aroma: Evolves from initial notes of rhubarb and ginger jam through raspberry coulis and roasted hazelnut to nuances of carrot cake and cinnamon with a hint of charred oak.
Taste: Breaks boundaries with flavor notes of dark chocolate covered prunes, sultanas and cinnamon bake with hints of nutmeg and sweet, charred oak.
