Nose: Complex aroma with hints of olive oil, tar, soot, chocolate-covered candied ginger and freshly cut grass. The addition of water reveals notes of fennel, mint, eucalyptus and tarred rope.
Taste: Intense and oily at the start, evolving to minty sweetness, toasty bread and tarry phenolics. Notes of smoked pineapple, dark chocolate, mint candy, charcoal and camphor.
Finish: Long and intense with notes of coffee grounds and liquorice.
