The production process:
Garage 22 Aquavit is distilled from carefully selected ingredients such as cumin from the Highlands and dill from Central Bohemia. To this are added other botanicals such as mulberry fruit, fennel, dill seed, aniseed, cardamom and rooibos tea. This blend is the basis for its diverse and rich aroma and flavour.

Garage22 is located in Holešovice, in a historic factory space in the courtyard of a house on Tusarova Street. This first Prague craft distillery is known for its passion for innovation and experimentation in distillation. Ondřej and Martin, key members of the team, join forces to create an unforgettable experience for gin lovers.
Garage22 produces a wide range of world-class gins, from traditional London Dry Gin to seasonal specials that go beyond the usual flavours. They use only the freshest ingredients and quality botanicals, including juniper, citrus and coriander, as well as exotic ingredients such as cubeb pepper, galangal and habanero peppers.
At the heart of the distillery is the distillation column from Arnold Holstein, a producer with over 50 years of tradition. This modern piece of distillation technology allows Garage22 to produce pure and intensely aromatic spirits.
Andrew, the head distiller, is focused on discovering new flavours and combinations, and enjoys fermentation and developing unique flavours and aromas. Martin is responsible for customer communications and the business side of the distillery, which includes maintaining relationships and brand development.
