GRIČ plum brandy is a genuine classic that simply cannot be missing from any range of fruit distillates – and here it comes in a "noble" version. It is aromatically juicy, varietally pure, and beautifully balanced in terms of pulp-stone ratio, giving it a full-bodied fruitiness that is also elegant and smooth. It carries the aroma of fully ripe plums and naturally combines it with a delicate, noble almond tone.
Production:
GRIČ processes fruits that ripen later for this slivovice – thanks to this, they are exposed to the sun for longer and are able to fully develop their aromatic potential and typical characteristics. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and extremely gentle to preserve the delicate and typical aroma of the fruit. The result is a distillate that does exactly what the fruit promises: it continues in taste and aroma without compromise.

Grič distillery was founded in 2022 based on experience gained since 2018. Grič's mission is to bring you only the highest quality fruit distillates, with the daily challenge of capturing the essence of the true taste and aroma of fruit in every glass, where each distillate is not just ordinary alcohol, but a real delicacy containing a multitude of chemical compounds, flavors, and aromatic substances.
Grič distillery works with two hand-forged, all-copper single-boiler sets with a three-stage distillation column with a capacity of 300 and 200 liters. These devices allow us to preserve and make the most of the natural properties of the raw materials.
Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal slivovitz and medovitz, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measures to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grič spirits.
