Royal Salute pays tribute to this famous event with its name, which refers to the traditional 21-gun salute fired to celebrate important state
or royal events. Since then, each of the brand's whiskies has paid tribute to another significant event related to the British royal family.
Private bottling for the Czech Republic. Royal Salute has released 21 casks for sale for the first time, backed by master blender Sandy Hyslop.
Aged 25 years, cask strength 50.9%. A blended malt containing a blend of 21 distilleries from all 5 Scottish regions. In addition to the traditional Strathisla and Longmorn distilleries on which Royal Salute whiskies are based, it contains a significant proportion of Allt-a-Bhainne and Glen Keith distilleries. The whisky was matured for 2 years in a First Fill Pedro Ximénez Hogshead cask.
Aroma: Homemade currant jam, plums with cinnamon, nuts.
Taste: Dark chocolate, red apples, dark berries, Golden Syrup with a long spicy finish.
