About the Casali brand:
The Casali brand has roots dating back to 1792, when it was founded in Trieste and became famous for producing rum and punch for the aristocracy of Austria-Hungary. In 1811, production moved to Vienna, from where Casali supplied the whole of Austria with sweet specialties and spirits. A new chapter began in 1913 when the brand came into the hands of the Beer family and gradually focused on confectionery and chocolate. The range continued to expand and included iconic sweets that made Casali famous throughout the country.
After World War II, it merged with the Napoli brand to form Casali-Napoli, then the second-largest confectionery manufacturer in Austria. Since 1970, Casali has been part of the Manner Group, which continues to develop its tradition and joy of sweet delicacies to this day.
