A combination of rums that aged up to 23 years confers it expressive amber colour with honey shade finish. The aroma is slightly spicy, passing to the tones of raisins and cane caramel. Due to its maturation in French oak casks it delivers a very full noble taste. Notes of almonds, honey and ripe apricots are balanced with delicate spicy finish. In the mouth it is broad, generous and fine, of lively pace with beautifully integrated wood. It can be compared to great creations of Cognac and Armagnac. Nancy Garcia de Blanck is the creator of this subtle series of Quorhum. She is the “nose” of the Oliver & Oliver company and the wife of the founder and owner: Pedro Ramón López Oliver.
