1. Ardbeg Ten Years Old

The distillery’s classic flagship with intense smokiness and typical Islay character.

Tasting Profile:

Nose: Intense smoky fruit, peat, lemon, lime, dark chocolate, menthol, black pepper, tar, graphite, smoked fish, bacon, green pepper, roasted pineapple, pear juice.

Taste: Peat, lemon and lime juice, black pepper, caramel with cinnamon, salt water, buttermilk, ripe bananas, currants, cappuccino, toasted marshmallows.

Finish: Long and smoky, tarry espresso, anise, roasted almonds, barley, fresh pear.

2. Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5Y

The youngest, most energetic, and rawest smoky whiskey in the lineup.

Tasting Profile:

Nose: Fresh herbal notes, vanilla, pear, Turkish coffee, pine resin, honey-glazed ham.

Taste: Chocolate, creosote, tar, eucalyptus, antiseptic lozenges, anise, smoked bacon, spicy meat.

Finish: Long, salty, with hints of cocoa and caramel.

3. Ardbeg An Oa

A more complex and rounded whisky aged in three different types of casks.

Tasting profile:

Nose: Burning apple wood, creamy caramel, anise, molasses, dates, peaches, bananas

Taste: Creamy texture, syrupy sweetness, milk chocolate, molasses caramel, anise, orange, smoky tea leaves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cigar smoke, grilled artichokes

Finish: Lingering, seductive, smooth, and intense, with notes of anise, hickory nut, and subtle smoke
