Striped Skunk is created through nearly three weeks of fermentation in a vat with mint yeast. It is this yeast that gives it an unusual, fresh profile with notes of mint, Italian herbs, and natural sweetness. The result is a strong, aromatic, and highly distinctive rum, created, among other things, as a bold base for refreshing summer cocktails like the Mojito.
