Rudolf Jelínek Kostelanská cherries 2022 is a limited-edition vintage spirit produced in a run of 1,062 bottles, made from hand-picked Kordia and Regina cherries from the brand’s own orchard in Kostelany near Kroměříž. This is the third edition of this cherry brandy, which builds on the development of the brand’s own orchards and reaffirms its emphasis on the quality of raw materials and precise craftsmanship.

Production:

The distillate is characterized by a distinct aroma of fresh cherries with a typical hint of pits, which is characteristic of high-quality cherry brandy. The taste is delicate and slightly sweet, while retaining its authentic fruity character. The mature cherry mash with pits undergoes a three-stage distillation and ages for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before bottling, allowing the flavor and aroma to beautifully round out and harmonize.
