The apricots used for this brandy come from two growing regions—the fertile Haná region, specifically the Prostějov area, and the Jičín region. It is precisely the combination of fruit from different locations that gives the distillate its smoothness, harmony, and very balanced flavor profile.

About Raspenava Distillery:
Raspenava Distillery, founded in 2021, is located in the idyllic foothills of the Jizera Mountains in the village of Raspenava. The distillery was established out of a desire to create premium spirits from locally grown fruits that would reflect the richness and purity of the local nature.
In 2022, distillation technology from Kovoděl Janča s.r.o. was installed, enabling the distillery to start production. The distillation column is equipped with a modern electric boiler with a capacity of 300 liters and a height of 3600 mm. This equipment includes a four-stage distillation column with a deflegmator and a double catalyst, which ensures higher purity and intense aroma of the spirits and rums produced.
The distillation process at Raspenava Distillery is carefully controlled to ensure the highest quality products without the use of artificial flavorings. All spirits are 100% natural, in line with the company's philosophy, which emphasizes authenticity and quality.
