Talisker Wilder Seas invites wild spirits around the world to join us on our journey - each 100% recycled bottle representing a donation to our cause, and representing our rewilding journey. Finished in ex-Cognac French Oak casks, a Talisker first.
Taste: Nose: Deep, dense and complex. Palate: A big, wonderfully oil-smooth texture and a mouth-watering unami rich taste, as waves of smokey-sweet rich intensity meet the full force of the sea mid-palate. Finish: Really long, as a sweet chilli-pepper warmth suffuses the palate. Fragrant smoke and sweetness linger in the aftertaste.
