Skanzen Plum is a traditional fruit brandy made from plums, considered a timeless classic among Moravian spirits. It is produced from plum distillate and drinking water to highlight the fruit’s natural character, delicate flavor, and distinctive plum aroma.

Production:

The foundation is made up of premium plums ripening in organic orchards at the foot of the White Carpathians. These give the brandy a pure fruity expression, a slightly sweet character, and a pleasantly warming sensation. Thanks to its 47% alcohol content, it has a distinctive impact, yet retains the smoothness and balance that lovers of high-quality fruit spirits will appreciate.

Skanzen Distillery boasts a prestigious location within the Center of Slovácko Traditions, which is an integral part of the touristically significant Skanzen Modrá complex. This distillery is the heart of Slovácko culture, where traditional fruit distilling methods are preserved with a modern approach.

Skanzen Distillery features a two-pot still with a capacity of 300 liters and an exceptional five-stage column still for 170 liters, enabling the production of traditional spirits from the finest local fruit.

Within the Center of Slovácko Traditions, you will find not only the distillery but also the Skanzen Market, where selected products are offered, including traditional spirits and excellent wines from the local wine trail.
