Thomas Dyntar Whisky Jerez-finish is a unique whisky from Trebic which is matured in high quality, heavily fired oak casks. This first stage of maturation gives the whisky the rich base notes of vanilla, caramel and candied fruit that are typical of fine malt whiskies. The second stage of maturation, known as barrel finishing, takes place in Spanish sherry casks (Jerez), which adds another layer of flavours and aromas to the whisky. The honey notes and distinct sweetness from these casks mellow and enrich the traditional flavour profile, making this one of the most popular whiskies in our range.
