Pear Žufánek is a fine 45% distillate made from Williams pears. The characteristic properties of this delicious variety give the spirit a long-lasting pear flavour.
Careful procedures are followed in the preparation of the ferment and the production itself. Therefore, only the best quality Williams pears from Moravian orchards are selected. Particular emphasis is placed on the special fermentation method, thanks to which all the aromatic and flavour elements are transferred to the spirit.
Exactly 12.5 kg of juicy pears were needed to produce 1 litre of Hruškovice 2021.
The recommended serving and storage temperature is between 10 and 15 °C. Temperatures below about 8 °C will cause slight cloudiness due to precipitation of the aromatic oils.
