Part of barrel number 1 was hand-filled as hand-filled whiskey directly from the barrel, and the remaining contents were used for finishing in a Kagor wine barrel. A special touch was added with another short finish in a small cherry wood barrel. Coincidentally, this whisky cask was also used to age cherry brandy, which a few days ago won the title of Distilled Spirit of the Year 2025, making it an exceptionally successful barrel. This triple cask is truly unique due to the unusual use of casks. The same type of bottles was used as for the very first editions of "History". This closes the circle and marks the beginning of a new era. The next ten-year-old whiskeys we release will be in the classic bottles and boxes that fans are accustomed to.
The cap is hand-polished stainless steel, and an unusual magnetic box is used for Old Well to emphasize the uniqueness of this edition. The first ten-year-old is one of a kind, and this is its celebration.
