Svach's Old Well Whisky Liqueur Bramble is an unconventional Czech liqueur that combines young whisky distillate, ripe blackberries, and honey. Produced in Svachovka, it offers a unique blend of sweet fruity notes with the character of a barrel-aged grain distillate.

Production:

The liqueur is based on Old Well Single Malt Spirit, a one-year-old whiskey distillate from the History Begins series. While this distillate would become whiskey after reaching the required maturation period, even in this young stage it offers an interesting base for further processing. Ripe Czech blackberries are macerated in the distillate, lending it a distinctive fruitiness. The blend is complemented by honey, which rounds out the flavor and adds a pleasant sweetness to the drink.

The cask, which previously held American bourbon whiskey, also contributes to the final character. As a result, subtle vanilla notes emerge in the aroma, which nicely complement the blackberry fruitiness and the sweeter character of the whiskey distillate.
