KOVAL Four Grain is an exceptional American single-barrel whiskey that captivates with its unusual recipe, full-bodied flavor, and distinctly original character. Production:
The whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota, and each bottle comes from a single specific barrel. The smaller barrel size ensures more intense contact between the distillate and the wood, which translates into a richness of flavor and aroma. KOVAL Four Grain is also distilled exclusively from the so-called “heart cut”—the purest middle portion of the distillation—which contributes to its purity and elegance.
This whiskey is certified organic, holds kosher certification, and is produced at a distillery owned by a woman. It has also earned numerous prestigious awards and high ratings, including 96 points in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible and 92 points from Wine Enthusiast.
