Each bottle features a unique blend of straight rye whiskey aged 4 to 7 years, matured in new, charred American white oak barrels.

Aroma: The aroma of this whiskey will enchant you with notes of yellow plum jam on raspberry tarts, blueberry turnovers, and graham crackers with cinnamon sugar. Orange zest with a hint of cocoa powder and subtle notes of a leather collector’s bag also come through.

High West is an American whiskey brand and distillery from Utah, founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins. David Perkins originally worked as a biochemist, and the similarities between distillation, fermentation, and his previous professional work led him to whiskey production.
High West became the first legal distillery in Utah since 1870. From a small production facility and saloon in a historic building in Park City, it has gradually grown into an internationally recognized brand known primarily for its original whiskey blends.
