Jim Beam Lineage is a limited-edition 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that pays tribute to the Beam family’s more than 200-year-old tradition. This exceptional edition was created in collaboration between master distiller Fred Noe and his son Freddie Noe, representing the fusion of two generations’ expertise.
The name Lineage refers to the Beam family lineage, which has been dedicated to bourbon production for several generations. Fred Noe and Freddie Noe jointly selected the barrels that, in their opinion, best capture the traditional character of Jim Beam while also pointing to the brand’s future direction.
Tasting Profile:
Nose: Rich and intense, with notes of vanilla, caramel, mature oak, and subtle spices.
Palate: Full-bodied, complex, and balanced, with vanilla sweetness, caramel, oak character, and a light spiciness.
Finish: Long, warm, and woody, with lingering vanilla and spice.
The bourbon was bottled at a robust 55.5% ABV, giving it a full-bodied, intense, and layered character. Long aging in oak barrels has imparted rich notes of vanilla, caramel, wood, and subtle spice. The result is a complex whiskey intended primarily for slow savoring.
Serving:
Jim Beam Lineage is best enjoyed neat at room temperature. A few drops of water can help open up additional aromatic layers, while a large ice cube will gradually soften its higher alcohol content.
Jim Beam Lineage is presented in a prestigious wooden box with a metal clasp and a practical handle. The inside of the lid features a plaque with information about the limited edition and the signatures of Fred and Freddie Noe. The solid, angular bottle with the embossed Jim Beam logo and the dark wood finish of the box emphasize the collectible nature of this edition. It is a suitable gift for connoisseurs of American whiskey and a distinctive addition to any collection of premium bourbons.
History of Jim Beam:
Jim Beam is the world’s best-selling bourbon, with a tradition dating back to 1795. The Beam family has been producing bourbon continuously for seven generations and today ranks among the most prominent names in American whiskey.
